An Evening of Intentional Embodiment

  Unwind and relax with Lavender + Sage in collaboration with Creekside Wellness.  Join us for a mindful somatic yoga class followed by a live Q&A session with Christy,  where you can receive guidance and support for your personal practice and wellness journey.   Through slow, mindful movements and conscious breathing somatic yoga supports nervous system regulation  deeper body awareness, and a sense of ease that extends far beyond the mat.   This practice is accessible to all bodies and experience levels.   ✨ What to expect: Mindful breathing to calm the nervous system  Slow intentional movements guided by sensation  A meditative pace that encourages presence and self-connection  Space to explore what your body needs—without judgment  Rather than pushing or striving, we allow.   Allowing ourselves to feel.
