Christy is a space holder, guide, and gentle mirror—rooted in the belief that healing unfolds when we are met with softness, safety, and truth. Her work through Lavender + Sage is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to the wisdom that has always lived within you. Her path has been shaped by years of study in trauma-informed healing, somatic practices, and ancestral wisdom traditions. Christy has trained extensively with HeatherAsh Amara, author of Warrior Goddess Training, immersing herself in Toltec teachings that honor integrity, compassion, and embodied leadership. Through Unconditional Leadership, Warrior Goddess Coach Certification, Facilitator Training, and the Warrior Goddess Leadership Coven, she learned to lead not from force, but from presence. Christy’s journey also includes deep study of True Self-Care, a radical remembering that rest, nourishment, and boundaries are sacred acts. Through Seasons of Self: Ritual and Ceremony and Seasons of Self Wise, she explored shamanic journeywork, ceremony, and cyclical living—learning to honor transitions, grief, growth, and renewal with reverence. Alongside these spiritual teachings, Christy has studied somatic healing, bodywork for anxiety and depression, and breathwork for trauma release, allowing her to support the nervous system with gentleness and care. Her work bridges modern trauma awareness with ritual, intuition, and embodied presence. At Lavender + Sage, Christy offers more than healing practices—she offers a sanctuary.
